Our experience managing the performance bars at all Venues Wellington sites including TSB Arena, Shed 6, Michael Fowler Centre, Opera House and St James Theatre ensures we have the know-how, infrastructure and experience to deliver fantastic experiences for both promoters and attendees.
Special Licenses
We hold in depth knowledge of liquor licensing laws including requirements to operate various special licenses legally within council regulatory requirements. Working alongside our licensing partner ‘Innovative Hospitality’ we provide the following services:
· Total management of special licenses to supply and sell alcohol for one off events.
· Advice surrounding site plans, security requirements and safe service of alcohol.
· Advice and development of alcohol management and site health and safety plans.
· Coordination with Local Council, District Licensing Committee (DLC) and NZ Police.
Infrastructure
No one likes standing too long in a queue so bar set up, adequate points of sale and efficient technology are vital to ensure fast, efficient service. With experience operating performance and pop-up bars in the Wellington region, we provide the following advice and services:
· Bar infrastructure including bar numbers, structure setups (marquees / on-site kiosks), refrigeration and power considerations, food outlet requirements, free water zones and safe zones.
· Bar design including patron inflow / outflow, queue management, bar signage, and recommended points of sale.
· Technology management and set up including iPads, tills, EFTPOS and Wi-Fi setup.
